DEZ ANDERSON

Originally from a small town in Cynthiana, Kentucky,  Dez is delighted to share his journey with you as a dedicated Pageant Director for the Miss Kentucky Elementary, Junior High, High School, and Collegiate America Pageant. With a diverse background in cheerleading, figure skating, dance, modeling, and even film roles in California, he can bring a wealth of experience and passion to the world of pageantry.

 

Cheerleading has been a significant part of his life, and he had the honor of cheering for Kentucky Elite, where he captured the prestigious World Championship in 2010. As Dez pursued his education, He ventured into figure skating, dance, and modeling, relentlessly honing his skills and embracing the beauty of expressing himself through various art forms.

 

Following his ambitions, Dez relocated to sunny California and seized the opportunity to showcase his talents by dancing for the renowned Walt Disney Company for an impressive 10-year tenure. Performing for such an iconic brand allowed him to refine his stage presence while captivating audiences of all ages.

 

In addition to his performance career, pageantry has been a major focus in his life for the past decade. Dez has had the privilege of coaching and mentoring exceptionally talented women from across the United States, including Alexxandra Randolph, who was crowned Miss Jr High School America 2022 under his guidance. Witnessing the growth and success of these remarkable individuals has been immensely rewarding.

 

Furthermore, Dez has had the pleasure of serving as the Production Manager for Miss California USA, an event that stands as one of the largest state pageants in the country. Collaborating with an extraordinary team of professionals, Dez oversaw the intricate details of this grand production, ensuring an unforgettable experience for both contestants and spectators alike.

 

Having spent numerous years in the world of pageantry, Dez is fueled by a tremendous passion for empowering women and facilitating personal growth. He believes that pageantry serves as a platform to celebrate individuality, grace, and resilience. As a Pageant Director for the Miss Kentucky and Miss California Elementary, Junior High, High School, and Collegiate America Pageant, Dez will strive to create an environment that nurtures talent, fosters confidence, and encourages each contestant to shine brightly on and off the stage!
